By accessing or using coolcove.com, by creating an account, or by placing an order with CoolCove, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and any additional terms referenced in those documents.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the website or purchase any product from us. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place your order will govern that order.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website.
You must not use the website to transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You must not use the website for any commercial purpose not expressly approved by CoolCove in writing.

3. Your Account
Some features of the website require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised account access that you could reasonably have prevented.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order, limit order quantities, or cancel an order (with or without notice) for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Prices are shown on the product page at the time of order and are inclusive of VAT or sales tax where applicable. Shipping fees and any import duties are calculated and disclosed at checkout before payment is taken. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before it has shipped, by writing to us through the contact details on our home page. Once the unit has shipped, the cancellation is treated as a return and is governed by Section 6 below.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most residential addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. We use reputable carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and regional postal services. Tracking is provided for every order.
Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs clearance, carrier disruption, or events outside our control do not constitute a breach of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the unit is handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return an undamaged unit in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the unit is defective or was shipped in error. We will issue the refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned unit, using the original payment method.
If your unit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement unit at no additional cost. After 30 days, the warranty terms in Section 7 apply.
7. Limited Warranty
Every CoolCove unit is covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, use of incompatible electrical supply, commercial use, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions in the owner's manual. The compressor carries a separate five-year warranty on parts only.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on coolcove.com — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of CoolCove, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print portions of the website content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of CoolCove, LLC arising out of or relating to your use of the website or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of the website, or any purchase from us shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer-experience team.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
